SNPOR:: Terapia diretiva baseada na crença de que a maneira como o indivíduo percebe e estrutura o mundo determina seus sentimentos e seu comportamento. O tratamento tem como objetivo alterar o esquema cognitivo e assim permitir ao paciente mudar suas imagens distorcidas de si mesmo e do mundo.
