The empire", it is discussed the social psychology in the society of the globalized capitalism. This way, the supremacy of a control society in relation to the desiring productions, it means, in spite of the promising side of the beating of the distinct "institutional walls", nowadays this control has not only improved but also happens throughout the questions of subjectivity by the transversal institutions: such institutions, far from presenting themselves as "concrete", in face of the differences and even the so-called "advancing" movements, perform an efficient rule, for they are everywhere and nowhere . Consequently, the social psychology can be very contributive, mainly when it breaks and questions the quantitative and falsely historical less psychological standard of American orientation. Thus, among its main contributions there are: 1) from different groups, the questioning of the subjectivity, less through the mere reproduction of the hegemonic subjectivity and more through the mutant subjectivity; 2) thinking this latter of subjectivity not only far from the patterns and standards, but also constructing such procedure in favor of process of singularity, citizenship, parting from an ethical, esthetical and political movement(AU) | Descritores Psi Português: | SUBJETIVIDADE CAPITALISMO CIDADANIA PSICOLOGIA SOCIAL
