Resumo em português:	Partindo das idéias de Sándor Ferenczi e de Donald Winnicott, a autora faz uma contribuição pessoal trazendo reflexões sobre os contrastes entre o que ela denomina: a "língua materna" e a "língua da mãe". A "língia materna" seria relacionada à capacidade do adulto de desempenhar um cuidado "anônimo" e "silencioso" nos primeiros tempos de um bebê. Enquanto que a "língua da mãe" seria o fracasso do ambiente em suportar o não reconhecimento, caracterizaria-se pela imposição de uma presença "ruidosa" do cuidador. Estas incapacidades do adulto exigiriam da pequena criança uma organização reativa em nome da sobrevivência, na qual ela passaria a ser a cuidadora, atenta na tentativa de controlar um ambiente imprevisível. Nestas circunstâncias adversas, a criança será desapropriada de sua própria infância
Resumo em inglês:	Starting from the ideas of Sándor Ferenczi and Donald Winnicott, the author makes a personal contribution bringing reflections on the contrasts between what she calls the "maternal language" and the "mother language". The "maternal language" would be related to the adult's ability to perform "anonymous" and "silent" care in the early stages of a baby. While the "mother language" would be the failure of the environment to support non-recognition, it would be characterized by the imposition of a "noisy" presence of the caregiver. These adult disabilities would require of the young child a reactive organization in the name of survival, in which it would become the caretaker, attentive on trying to control an unpredictable environment. In these adverse circumstances, the child will be dispossessed of its own childhood

Título:	Leitura: uma construção individual / Reading: a personal construction.

Resumo em português:	Trata-se de pesquisa bibliográfica com interação de estudo de caso de uma aluna de nove anos de idade, cursando o 3º ano do Ensino Fundamental com dificuldade de leitura e escrita. Caso típico da realidade educacional brasileira, que registra números alarmantes de alunos com níveis insuficientes nessas habilidades. Diversas obras foram consultadas para elucidar a origem das dificuldades de aprendizagem envolvidas no processo de aquisição de leitura, tanto na área da neurociência quanto da linguística, que se complementam em termos de requisitos para o conhecimento espeífico. A leitura é uma atividade cognitiva complexa, que envolve dois componentes essenciais: a decodificação das palavras e a compreensão do texto. Depende da coordenação do cérebro, orgão central da aprendizagem, mas também da interação do aprendiz com o meio ambiente. O caso que ilustra o artigo contribui para a conclusão de que é preciso reforçar as duas frentes na batalha pela competência na leitura
Resumo em inglês:	This is a bibliographical research illustrated with a case study of a nine-year-old student, attending the 3rd year of the elementary school with reading and writing difficulties. The case is typical of the Brazilian educational reality, with reveals alarming numbers of students with insufficient levels of these skills. Several books and articles have been examined to elucidate the origin, of the learning difficulties involved in the reading acquisition process, both in the field of neuroscience and linguistics, which are complementary regarding specific knowledge. Reading is a complex cognitive activity, involving two essential components - word recognition and text comprehension. It depends on the coordination of the brain, the central organ for learning, but also on the interaction of the reader with the environment. The case that illustrates this article leads to the conclusion that both fronts of battle must be strengthened to conquer reading competence

Resumo em português:	A função paterna na psicanálise lacaniana não se refere a um pai propriamente dito, mas sim a uma posição simbólica que operará um corte na relação cuidador-bebê, cuidador este que não é necessariamente a mãe. Este corte permite à criança assumir a posição de sujeito desejante e não mais de objeto de desejo deste cuidador, Outro primordial. No entanto, quando a função paterna não opera dialetizando esta relação, a criança fica impossibilitada de construir-se enquanto sujeito e segue alienada ao desejo do Outro. O objetivo do presente artigo é pensar a forma com a qual a função paterna pode operar em um tratamento ambientoterápico com crianças. Para tanto, através de um caso de um menino de 5 anos, proponho uma discussão diagnóstica sobre os quadros de autismo e psicose, articulando vinhetas do tratamento da criança com proposições teóricas a partir da psicanálise
Resumo em inglês:	In lacanian psychoanalysis, the fatherhood function doesn't refer to the father himself, but to a symbolic position that operates a cut in the caregiver-baby relation, who's not necessarily the mother. This cut allows the chil to become a desiring subject and no longer be an object of the caregiver's desire, prime Other. However, when the fatherhood function doesn't operate dialecting this relation, the child is unable to constitute as a subject and remains alienated to the desire of the Other. The present article to think about how the fatherhood function can operate in an environment-psychotherapy treatment with child. Therefore, through the case of a 5 year old boy, I propose a diagnostic discussion of the autistic and psychotic structures, articulating events from his treatment with psychoanalytic theoretical propositions

O artigo apresenta o funcionamento da oficina e os tipos de interações que ocorreram nesses encontros, além de refletir sobre o papel do professor, considerando importantes idéias de Winnicott e de outros pensadores. A autora observou que tanto as artes visuais quanto demais manifestaçoes artísticas serviram como instrumento de fortalecimento da subjetividade
Resumo em inglês:	The author reflects on the role of the arts in the life of adolescents in a vulnerable social situation using as an experience the accompaniment of an art workshop held with school students from a public school in Porto Alegre. The article presents the workshop's functioning and the types of interactions that occurred in these meetings, as well as reflecting on the role of the teacher, considering important ideas of Winnicott and other thinkers. The author observed that both the visual arts and other artistic manifestations served as an instrument to strengthen subjectivity

Resumo em português:	A automutilação tem sido cada vez mais observada entre os adolescentes, apresentando-se como um fenômeno recorrente na clínica atual. Utilizando-se de um caso clínico e de teóricos como Freud, Winnicott e Roussillon, este trabalho buscou propor reflexões acerca de algumas possibilidades de significação para o ato de cortar a própria pele, considerando também o fenômeno da adolescência. Essas reflexões dizem respeito à experiência traumática primitiva e às consequentes defesas ligadas à clivagem e ao afastamento da experiência subjetiva, que advém como forma de sobrevivênvia psíquica. Essas experiências dão origem aos chamados "sofrimentos narcísico-identitários", caracterizados pela "falta de ser". No caso clínico discutido, pôde-se pensar a automutilação como uma das expressões de um funcionamento marcado pelo traumatismo primário, em que cortar a pele pode ter a função de se fazer existir
Resumo em inglês:	Self-mutilation has been increasing among adolescents, presenting itself as a recurring phenomenon in the current clinic. Using a clinical case and theorists such as Freud, Winnicott and Roussillon, this work sought to propose reflections about some possibilities of significance for the act of cutting the own skin, also considering the phenomenon of adolescence. These reflections concern the primitive traumatic experience and the consequent defenses linked to the cleavage and the withdrawal of subjetive experience, which comes as a form of psychic survival. These experiences give rise to so-called "narcissistic-identitarian sufferings" characterized by "lack of being." In the case discussed, it is possible to think of self-mutilation as one of the expressions of an operation marked by primary trauma, in which cutting the skin may have the function of making itself exist

Resumo em português:	O presente trabalho examina o lugar dos pais no tratamento psicoterápico dos filhos na perspectiva da psicanálise. Busca investigar os desafios vigentes na prática psicanalítica com crianças, enfatizando, também, as diferentes perspectivas sobre psicanálise infantil, percorrendo autores clássicos e contemporâneos e ressaltando as diferentes opiniões em relação à inclusão dos pais no tratamento dos filhos. Sabe-se que a infância configura uma etapa da vida na qual o sujeito está em fase de estruturação psíquica e os pais, ou cuidadores, estão presentes de forma real, tanto na vida do sujeito em construção quanto no processo de psicoterapia. Neste sentido, destaca-se a importância de delimitar os espaços dos pais no tratamento dos filhos, a necessidade de lidar com os cuidadores do sujeito e o indispensável questionamento a respeito dos desafios que perpassam décadas no campo da psicanálise infantil
Resumo em inglês:	This work examines the parents place in the psychotherapeutic treatment of children from the perspective os psychoanalysis. It investigates current challenges in psychoanalytic practice with children, also emphasizing the differents perspectives about child psychoanálysis, passing through classic and contemporary authors, highlighting the various opinions regarding the inclusion of parents in the children's treatment. It is know that childhood sets up a stage of life in which the subject is in a phase of psychic structuring and the parents or the caregivers, are present in a real way in the life of the subject in development as well as in the psychotherapy process. In this regard, it highlights the importance of defining the parent's role in the trteatment of their children, the need to deal with the subject's caregivers and the essential question about the challenges that pervade decades in the field of child psychoanalysis

Resumo em inglês:	The present paper aims to associate the concept of environment, according to Winnicott, to the mother-baby initial relationship as well as the influence of the baby's first experiences in the constitution of the child's psyche. Therefore, this paper analyses Emma Donoghue's bestseller "Room" (2011), which tells the story from the point of view of Jack, a five-year-old boy who lives with her mother, Joy, in a 7m² room. The book is presented here as a way to exemplify the importance of the environment provided by Jack's mother to him, despite the unfavorable conditions that they are living in that moment

Resumo em português:	O presente estudo investiga as características da interação da díade mãe-bebê ao longo dos dois primeiros anos de vida do bebê, utilizando como método uma análise longitudinal da interação mãe-bebê. Esta interação foi filmada aos 8, 14 e 20 meses do bebê e demonstra que a mesma se tornou mais complexa, com episódios interativos mais longos e maior repertórios de comportamentos. Além disso, foi possível acompanhar a construção da forma particular da díade interagir, com a continuidade e a modificação de alguns comportamentos. Tal observação trouxe maior compreensão acerca dos aspectos relacionados à interação em momentos diferentes do desenvolvimento da díade, evidenciando a mútua regulação entre mãe e filho, na qual ambos assumem papel importante na interação e participam ativamente das trocas. Desta forma, possibilita-se que o bebê manifeste suas necessidades e emoções e que a mãe responda ao filho.
Resumo em inglês:	This study investigates the mother baby interaction for the first two years of the baby's life, with a longitudinal analysis of the mother baby interaction as a method. This interaction whas recorded at 8, 14 and 20 months old, and shows that it became more complex, with longer interactive episodes and more behavioral repertoire. Besides that, it was possible to follow how the interaction of the duo was particularly built, keeping and changing some behaviors. Such observation brought more comprehension about some aspects related to the interaction during differents moments of the duo development, indicating a mutual self regulatory relationship between mother and baby, where both have an important role in this interaction and participate actively in it. This will allow the baby to express his needs and emotions, and for the mother to respond to her child

Resumo em português:	Este artigo trata da releitura e breve atualização ao artigo: "Abordagens psicoterápicas nas psicoses infantis", publicado no nº1 de nossa revista, em 1988. A partir da correção a ser feita no título, no qual há a hoje equivocada sobreposição de quadros autistas e psicóticos, discutem-se as modificações conceituais, oriundas de pesquisas clínicas e do campo das neurociências, ocorridas nesses quase 30 anos, culminando na atualidade do conceito de "transtornos do espectro autista" (TEA), apresentado pelo DSM-V (2015), no capítulo dos "Transtornos de Desenvolvimento". Consideram-se estes transtornos causados por um déficit específico, sobretudo na área de interação pessoal, e não uma doença. Distingue-se o funcionamento mental predominante nos transtornos do espectro autista, diferente dos mecanismos mentais predominantes nas psicoses infantis. Mencionam-se aspectos fisiopatológicos cerebrais, cuja pesquisa prossegue e levantam-se dúvidas a serem ainda respondidas, na necessária articulação entre a compreensão psicodinâmica e os achados biológicos. Retoma-se a síntese das recomendações terapêuticas apresentadas no artigo original
Resumo em inglês:	This article aims at re-reading and briefly updating the article "Psychotherapeutic Approaches to Childhood Psychoses", wich was published in the first issue of our journal in 1988. Starting from the correction to be made in the title, in which there is currently the mistaken overlap of autistic and psychotic disorders, conceptual modifications have been discussed, originated from clinical researches and developments in the neuroscience field that ocurred during the last thirty years, which resulted in the current concept of "Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), presented by DSM-V (2015), in the chapter on "Developmental Disorders ". These disorders are deemed to be the effect of a specific deficit, especially in the field of social interaction, and should not be labeled as a disease. The predominant mental functioning of autistic spectrum disorders is distinct from the predominant mental mechanisms of children's psychoses. Physiopathological aspects of the brain have been mentioned and research has moved forward, but doubts have been raised and questions are yet to be answered, within the necessary articulation between psychodynamic understandig and biological findings. The synthesis of the therapeutic recommendations presented in the original article have been resumed

Resumo em português:	O presente trabalho tem como objetivo refletir sobre as reuniões do grupo de psicoterapeutas do Setor Clínico do CEAPIA (Centro de Estudos, Atendimento e Pesquisa da Infância e da Adolescência) como uma ferramenta para pensar os pensamentos. Buscamos inicialmente percorrer o aporte teórico de Bion sobre a construção do aparelho psíquico, conceituar a supervisão e os movimentos que ocorrem dentro deste espaço de trocas somado a nossa experiência enquanto grupo. Através da exploração de um ato falho na construção deste artigo, concluímos que o movimento grupal oscila entre momentos em que é ferramenta para pensar os pensamentos e momentos em que ferra a mente dos integrantes do grupo. Resumo em inglês:	This article presents a review of findings from meetings of a group of psychotherapists from the department of Corpo Clínico of CEAPIA (Centro de Estudos, Atendimento e Pesquisa da Infância e da Adolescência). The purpose of these meetings was to explore the tool known as "ferramenta". Ferramenta is a like tool, Bion's theory of thinking. First, we discussed the theoretical contribution of Wilfred Bion's construction of the psychic apparatus and its influence on the movement and collective supervision of the group adding to our experience. Throught the exploration of a failed act during the construction of this article, the group members concluded the discussions oscillated between moments of "ferramenta" and moments in it which fits the minds of the members of the group. Resumo em inglês:	The objective of the present study is to reflect on how Foster Parenting can provide constructive and meaningful emotional experiences for those involved. The Foster Parenting Project aims to provide sheltered children and adolescents - who have no possibility of reintegration with their origin family and will hardly be adopted - the establishment of affective and family bonds outside the host institutions. The CEAPIA Adoption Sector has been participating in this project for three years, in a Commission with two others members: the Instituto Amigo de Lucas and the Ministério Público do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. In order to achieve the purpose of this article, it was made a review of the psychoanalytic literature on the following themes: emotional development, attachment, affective bonds and situations of vulnerability. Resumo em português:	O artigo visa explorar a ocorrência de projeções de conflitos psíquicos da criança institucionalizada a partir do uso dos contos de fadas. Considerados como recurso para a psicoterapia com crianças, os contos possibilitam uma linguagem indireta entre o psicólogo e a criança. Para tanto, realizou-se um Estudo de Caso a partir da interação de uma criança institucionalizada com a narrativa de seis contos de fadas. Como resultados considera-se que a criança pode projetar conflitos e fantasias por intermédio das histórias ou até mesmo por alguns trechos delas. A ansiedade ficou evidente frente a temas como separação, ameaça do lobo e castração. logo, ao oferecer as histórias como um recurso lúdico e terapêutico, pode-se estar colaborando com a possível elaboração de conflitos internos, ao se reviver angústias e se buscar resolvê-las no papel dos personagens. A criança fala de si e o terapeuta pode conhecê-la com maior profundidade
Resumo em inglês:	The article aims to explore the occurrence of psychic conflict projections of an institutionalized child from the use of fairy tales. Considered as resources for children psychoterapy, stories enable an indirect language between the psychologist and the child. For that, a Case Study was conducted, based on the interaction of an institutionalized child with the narrative of six fairy tales. As result, it is considered that the child can project conflicts and fantasies throught the stories or even some parts of them. The anxiety showed up evident regarded to subjects like separation, wolf threat and castration. Therefore, by offering stories as a playful and therapeutic resource, one can be collaborating with the possible elaboration of internal conflicts, when reviving anxieties and trying to solve them throught the role of the characters. Interrogamos a patologização das novas expressões de gênero e sexualidade e apontamos a necessidade de uma contextualização histórico-cultural para sua compreensão. Utilizamos vinhetas para mostrar as consequências que o desconhecimento desse conceito pode acarretar na clínica. Concluímos que a aceitação acrítica de posições teóricas que não dão conta da realidade atual, mantém a feminilidade num lugar de enigma. Resumo em inglês:	This article has been originated from the interest of a group of female therapists, in questioning the lack of gender studies within the psychoanalytic oriented institutions. We present the difference between the concept of gender used by Medicine/Psychoanalysis and by the Social Sciences, conceptually distinguishing sex, gender and sexuality. We question the pathologization of new expressions of gender and sexuality an point towards the need of a cultural and historical conceptualization for a better comprehension of these factors. We present examples of situations experienced in the practice of psychotherapy to point out the consequences of which the lack of knowledge about these key concepts may lead to. The conclusion is that the uncritical acceptance of theoretical positions that do not account the current reality, keeps femininity still in the place of an enigma. We propose to female therapists the challenge of rethinking the theory and filling in the theoretical gaps on femininity

Tendo em vista a díade mãe-filha e a tríade mãe-pai-filha, se busca o entendimento da separação através do viés da conflitiva edípica e seus processos identificatórios. Sendo a adolescência a etapa do desenvolvimento psicossexual em que os conflitos edípicos são revisitados e resignificados, se propõe a separação dos pais como um novo elemento de triangulação. Utilizou-se o referencial psicanalítico para compreender este tema, com destaque para as idéias de Miriam Alizade, Françoise Dolto, Winnicott entre outros
Resumo em inglês:	This article sets out to think about the possible effects of the parents separation on a prepubescent's life. Considering the mother-daughter dyad and the mother-father-daughter triad, this paper seeks to understand the separation through the bias of Oedipal conflictive and their identification. Considering adolescence as the stage of psychosexual development in which oedipal conflicts are revisited and reinterpreted, it proposes the parental separation as a new triangulation element. The psychoanalytical theory was used to support this topic, highlighting the ideias of Mirim Alizade, Françoise Dolto, Winnicottand otthers

Resumo em português:	O presente artigo tem como objetivo refletir acerca da sexualidade, mais especificamente sobre a construção da identidade de gênero, a influência da natureza e da cultura sobre a mesma, tendo como referência psicanalistas e pensadores contemporâneos e tomando como ilustração um caso clínico. Conclui-se, por fim, que no caso clínico fica marcada a influência da cultura e dos pais na construção da identidade de gênero da paciente,corroborando com a depreensão de que o sexo biológico não necessariamente tem a ver com identidade de gênero, assim como o que uma pessoa aparenta não necessariamente tem a ver com sua escolha de objeto. A dicotomia heteronormativa não basta para abarcarmos e entendermos a diversidade e ambiguidade de escolhas e desejos, sendo nosso dever enquanto psicoterapeutas pensar estas diversidades
Resumo em inglês:	This article aims to reflect about sexuality, more specifically about the construction of gender identity, the influence of nature and culture of the same, having as reference psychoanalysts and contemporary thinkers and taking as illustration a case . It is concluded, finally, that the clinical case is marked the impact of culture and parents in the construction of patient's gender identity, corroborating for the understanding that the biological sex does not necessarily has to do with the gender identity, as well as what a person looks like does not necessarily has to do with your choice of object. The heteronormative dichotomy is not enough to encompass and understand the diversity and ambiguity of choices and desires being our duty as psychotherapists think these diversities

São abordados os conceitos de "medo do colapso", de Winnicott (1963/1994), e a "posição fóbica central", de André Green (2000) para dar conta do tipo de defesa do paciente na adolescência final. Resumo em português:	No presente trabalho, é apresentado o desenvolvimento teórico que fundamenta a idéia de que a contratransferência pode ser utilizada, pelo terapeuta, como importante recurso para a compreensão do paciente e, também, como um guia do processo analítico. Para tanto, é utilizado um caso clínico, a fim de ilustrar a construção teórica sobre a contratransferência. O objetivo é buscar entender de que forma o impacto da contratransferência pode auxiliar o processo analítico. A inquietude que gerou o trabalho tem sua origem no surpreendente movimento contratransferencial, no decorrer de todo o tratamento relatado, marcado pela intensidade e a forma como tais vivências contratransferenciais com as quais o terapeuta entra em contato são um meio privilegiado para o desvelar de tais conteúdos
Resumo em inglês:	In this study is presented the theoretical development that underlies the ideia that countertransference can be used by the therapist as an important resource to understand the patient and also as a guide of the analytical process. Therefore, it is used a single clinical case to illustrate this theoretical construct about countertransference. It has the objective of understanding how the impact of countertransference can determine the analytic process. The concern that generated this study has its origin in the countertransference moviment during the entire treatment reported, marked by the intensity and the way these experiences became present in the therapist. The study concludes that what can not be expressed verbally by the patient, it can be communicated in another way and the countertransference livings in which the therapist can get it touch are a privileged mean to unveil such content
