Resumo em português: A partir do relato de uma sessão de psicoterapia de grupo com crianças institucionalizadas por extrema vulnerabilidade familiar e social, pretendemos apresentar e problematizar aspectos observados nessa experiência. Tínhamos inicialmente como objetivo explorar a técnica de psicoterapia de grupo com crianças, a partir de nossas bagagens de tratamentos individuais infantis. Ao longo desse percurso, tornou-se necessário rever tal propósito. Descobrimos que precisávamos trabalhar sem tantos receios e tanto apego a uma técnica tradicional. Cada situação se apresentava de modo muito singular e nos desencaixava de um esquema técnico minimamente uniforme. Toda essa experiência sensibilizou-nos para a temática da escuta, para seus limites, bem como agregou maior importância à forma como o corpo do terapeuta se faz presente no tratamento(AU)
Resumo em inglês: From the report of a group psychotherapy session with institutionalized children by extreme social and family vulnerability, we intend to present and discuss aspects observed in this experiment. We had initially intended to explore the group psychotherapy technique with children, from our knowledge in Children's individual treatments. Along the way, it has become necessary to review such purpose. We found that we needed to work without many fears and much attachment to a traditional technique. Each situation is presented in a very unique way and we had to move out from a minimally uniform technical scheme. All this experience has sensitized us to the theme of listening, their limits and added more importance to how the therapist's body is present in the treatment(AU)

A partir da vivência de um caso clínico em psicoterapia de grupo realizada com crianças em processo de adoção, algumas questões se impõem, gerando reflexões. Quais os caminhos possíveis nessa travessia de construção de vínculos? Como são representados, no psiquismo, a mudança no ritmo corporal e o encontro com um corpo desconhecido? E quem está do outro lado? Quem adota, também tem seus registros, suas marcas. Resumo em inglês: The IEPP’s Adoption Core has been dedicated to the study and practice in adoption psychotherapy clinic. This work aims to approach some relevant aspects of this clinic. From the experience of a case of psychotherapy group in the process of adopting some questions impose themselves generating reflections. What are the possible ways in this construct of bond? How is represented in the psychism the changes of the body rhythm and the encounter with an unknown body? And who is in the other side? Adopters also have their records, their brands. Resumo em inglês: This article aims to address issues surrounding the concept of anorexia and its importance in clinical practice, based on the idea that there are several vertices and forms of assistance in understanding and caring of a patient with this pathology. For this, we carried out a review of literature, and illustrated it through the analysis of some characters in the movie Bad Habits, by Simon Bross, released in Brazil in 2007, which deals with the power of the relationship drama with the psyche, the body and the everyday lives of people. Thus, he sought to understand and exemplify the symptoms and characteristics of the disease and expand the issues from other understandings that are relate to this concept(AU)

Resumo em português: Este artigo refere-se a um relato de experiência com um grupo de adolescentes usuários de drogas em um CAPS-AD. O objetivo foi buscar na literatura respostas que poderiam explicar a falta de aderência dos mesmos ao grupo e, assim, procurar um sentido às dificuldades encontradas pela estagiária que coordenava o grupo. Foram consultados materiais bibliográficos de autores considerados referência no assunto e artigos científicos. Os resultados mostraram que o tratamento desses adolescentes usuários de drogas dependeu mais da motivação dos pacientes do que do manejo do coordenador. E, no caso de adolescentes, o quanto o apoio familiar também é fundamental para sua aderência ao tratamento(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This article refers to an experiment conducted with a group of adolescent psychoactive substance abusers at a CAPS-AD. The objective of this experiment was to look for answers that could explain the lack of compliance of the adolescents to the treatment for substance abuse, which would help make sense of the difficulties faced by the intern. The authors consulted several bibliographic materials, scientific articles as references on this subject, in order to fully understand the issue and come up with the best possible answers. The results showed that the treatment of these adolescents drug users depended more on the motivation of the patients than the management of the coordinator. In case of adolescents, family support also plays a crucial role in their compliance to treatment(AU)

Resumo em inglês: This article aims to introduce the topic of co-sleeping at the age of latency, when children sleep in their parents' bed, and concomitantly have inhibition of their learning process without cognitive impairment. In order to do so, we present some aspects of psychodiagnostic as a psychological evaluation tool and as an essential tool for in-depth study of the patient's personality – the child. Resumo em português: A criança institucionalizada, em função de sua realidade, pode enfrentar dificuldades em seu desenvolvimento psíquico. Considerando a relevância de discussões clínicas acerca deste tema, o presente artigo visa discutir o caso clínico de uma criança institucionalizada. Para compreensão deste caso, utilizam-se a Teoria do Apego, de John Bowlby, e o conceito de posição esquizoparanoide, de Melanie Klein. Foi possível concluir que ainda que os abrigos ofereçam cuidados ao infante, a realidade do serviço inviabiliza a construção de vínculos semelhantes àqueles que o contexto familiar oferece. Entretanto, acredita-se que essa modalidade de vínculo ainda é mais saudável do que a negligência completa do infante, sobretudo quando em psicoterapia é ofertado um espaço para que as fantasias infantis de abandono possam ser trabalhadas(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Foster children, in terms of their reality, may face difficulties in their psychic development. Considering the relevance of clinical discussions about this subject, the present article aims to discuss the clinical case of a foster child. For deeper comprehension of this production, the Attachment Theory of John Bowlby and Melanie Klein’s concept of paranoid-schizoid position are being utilized. It was possible to conclude that, even though foster homes look after the children, the reality of the service makes it impossible to build bonds as healthy as they could be in the family context. However, it is believed that this modality of bonding still is healthier than complete child neglect, especially when, in psychotherapy, it is being offered a space for abandonment childhood fantasies to be worked on(AU)

Resumo em português: Trata-se de um estudo, ilustrado através de um caso clínico, sobre a parte psicótica e não psicótica da personalidade e sobre a função continente do terapeuta. O caso se refere a uma adolescente já bastante frágil por sua história de vida pregressa, que, a partir de um fator externo, passa a viver com o predomínio da parte psicótica da personalidade. A reflexão sobre a oscilação entre a parte psicótica e a não psicótica da personalidade e suas manifestações é ampliada em dois aspectos: (a) a forma de comunicação do paciente e (b) o papel do terapeuta diante de situações em que se identifica o predomínio do funcionamento da parte psicótica da personalidade. Para desenvolver a compreensão do caso, o autor baseia-se em conceitos de Wilfred Bion e de outros teóricos das relações de objeto(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This is a study about the psychotic and non-psychotic sides of the personality and the therapist’s container function, shown through a clinical case. The case refers to a teenager, already very fragile because of her early life history, who started living predominantly with the psychotic side of her personality, due to an external factor. The reflection on the fluctuation between the psychotic and non-psychotic personality sides and their manifestations is extended in two aspects: (a) the patient’s way of communication and (b) the therapist’s role in situations where the predominance of the functioning of the personality's psychotic side is identified. To develop an understanding of the case, the author bases himself on the concepts of Wilfred Bion and other theorists of object relations(AU)

Uma dessas etapas é a primeira entrevista, habitualmente definida como um espaço destinado à coleta de informações acerca da demanda e do sofrimento do paciente. Muito se acredita que este momento que antecede o tratamento propriamente dito é de importância ímpar ao andamento subsequente da terapia. Assim sendo, a primeira entrevista já traria indícios de possíveis abandonos ou intensas resistências ao tratamento. O presente artigo disserta sobre a importância das primeiras entrevistas em psicoterapia psicanalítica, considerando as possibilidades de uma intervenção nesse espaço como forma de potencializar a aliança terapêutica e o engajamento do paciente ao tratamento subsequente. Percebeu-se que há grande confluência entre os estudiosos do tema sobre as primeiras entrevistas ofertarem-se como espaço não somente interventivo, mas também de entendimento das relações objetais do paciente e da forma como se relaciona com o outro(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Psychotherapy could be understood as a process with more or less determined steps that will be covered by the therapeutic pair. One of these steps is the first interview, usually defined as a space designed to gather information towards the patient's demands and suffering. It is believed that this moment, predating the treatment itself, has major importance to the therapy's subsequent progress. Thus, the first interview would give indications of possible dropouts or intense resistance to the treatment. This article aims to discuss about the importance of the first interview in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, considering the possibilities of an intervention in that kind of space as a way of strengthen therapeutic alliance and the patient's commitment to the subsequent treatment. Great confluence has been noticed between the scholars of this theme about first interviews offering themselves not only as an interventional space, but also as a way to understand the patient's object relations and the way they relate to others(AU)

Foram analisados e discutidos trechos dos registros clínicos que continham situações que despertaram reações contratransferenciais. A experiência da terapeuta nesse processo terapêutico foi difícil devido à sua insegurança e inexperiência aliadas aos intensos sentimentos despertados na relação com o adolescente. O tratamento pessoal da terapeuta foi fundamental para a superação das dificuldades encontradas no manejo do caso e para a sua satisfatória evolução. Dessa forma, os terapeutas iniciantes devem investir não somente no conhecimento teórico e na supervisão técnica, mas também no seu próprio tratamento pessoal para superar entraves derivados da contratransferência e para melhor ajudar os seus pacientes(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This experience report focuses on the analysis of a therapist’s emotional reactions to mourning situations experienced by an adolescent patient. Excerpts of clinical records containing situations that aroused contratransferencial reactions were analyzed and discussed. Experiencing this therapeutic process was difficult to the therapist due to her insecurity and inexperience combined with the intense feelings aroused in the relationship with the teenager. The therapist’s own psychotherapy treatment was essential for case management and to its satisfactory progress. Training therapists should invest not only in the theoretical knowledge and technical supervision, but also in their personal treatment to overcome barriers derived from their countertransference and to help better their patients

In the light of Freudian metapsychology, we use the film industry, specifically the film Scent of a Woman, from 1992, to approach the complex issue of the oedipal desire and its vicissitudes. This work completes the trilogy of the smell study where we seek, through this dialogue, to interweave some fundamental concepts of psychoanalysis in order to reach a greater understanding and deepening about the theme(AU)

Resumo em inglês: This work aims to list the contributions of Melanie Klein to the comprehension and discussion of the psychic operation of an adult patient, which the internal world is, predominantly, populated by objects pursuers and terrifying. The patient is identified as Bela. Her infant experiences were intense and traumatic, possibly as the majority of children, but she developed a real environment permeated by hostilities and with conditions extremely limited of placate her anguish and primitive anxieties. Bela in the adult age, with difficulties to deal with the demands of life, in a moment of despair, opts for suicide. By secrecy questions, just short synthesis of her history and vignettes will be used as illustrations of the case(AU)

Resumo em português: O presente trabalho propõe uma reflexão sobre a temática da histeria e suas manifestações na atualidade à luz da psicanálise. Para tanto, é preciso que nos reportemos a conceitos fundamentais acerca da constituição do psiquismo do sujeito, tais como narcisismo e complexo edípico. É necessário um entendimento de como a histeria se apresentava outrora, bem como de que forma ela se manifesta na contemporaneidade. Observamos que algumas sintomatologias, tratadas por intervenções médicas, tais como fibromialgia, TPM, anorexia, bulimia e enxaquecas, tornaram-se muito frequentes. Acreditamos que poderíamos estar diante de manifestações da histeria na atualidade. Faremos, portanto, um breve histórico dessa neurose, a fim de contextualizar o leitor desde o surgimento dos primeiros sintomas histéricos até a discussão que agora estamos propondo(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This paper proposes a reflection on the theme of hysteria and its manifestations today, in the light of psychoanalysis. To do so, we will need to recapitulate fundamental concepts of the constitution of the psyche, such as narcissism and Oedipus complex. One must understand the way hysteria presented itself in the past, as well as how it manifests itself in contemporaneity. We notice that some symptomatology, treated by medical interventions, such as fibromyalgia, PMS, anorexia, bulimia and migraines have become very frequent. We have believed we could be facing manifestations of today's hysteria. Thus, we will do a brief history of this neurosis, in order to contextualize the reader from the onset of hysterical symptoms to the debate that we are now proposing(AU)

Resumo em inglês: This article is an assay that searches for new ways of making descriptions of aspects of mental functioning, with correlations to the primitive emotional development. It wishes to speculate about conceptions and descriptions who invite the reader to use their intuition to see directly what is a particular experience of mental functioning. It believes that only a non-formal logical can describe the complexity of subjective experience, specially the one correlated to the psychopathological conditions of dysfunction of the initial phases of human development(AU)

Resumo em português: Esta revisão teórica tem como objetivo verificar de que forma é trabalhado, na literatura, o conceito de aliança terapêutica, focando na psicoterapia psicanalítica de crianças. Por meio do estudo do desenvolvimento da psicoterapia psicanalítica com crianças e da aliança terapêutica, foi possível constatar que a literatura reconhece que os pais têm um papel fundamental no tratamento. Percebeu-se que existem poucos estudos atuais que tenham como foco a aliança terapêutica entre o terapeuta e a criança na psicoterapia psicanalítica. Sendo assim, destaca-se a importância dessa relação terapêutica e a necessidade de que os psicoterapeutas estimulem o desenvolvimento da aliança terapêutica, tanto com a criança como com os pais, com o objetivo de agir terapeuticamente e evitar possíveis abandonos precoces do tratamento(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This literature review aims to verify how the concept of therapeutic alliance is used on the literature, focusing on psychoanalytic psychotherapy of children. Through the study of the development of psychoanalytic psychotherapy with children and of therapeutic alliance, one discovered that the literature recognizes that parents have a fundamental role in their children’s treatment. One noticed that there are few studies that focus on therapeutic alliance between the therapist and the child in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Thus, we highlight the importance of the therapeutic relationship and the need for psychotherapists to encourage the development of the therapeutic alliance with both the child and their parents, in order to act therapeutically and avoid possible premature discontinuation of the treatment(AU)

Resumo em português: O artigo revisa a literatura a respeito da pesquisa empírica em psicoterapia, destacando a psicoterapia psicanalítica. O desenvolvimento dessa prática clínica pode ser favorecido com a realização de pesquisa baseada em evidências. Contudo, percebe-se distância entre prática clínica e pesquisa, evidenciada pela incipiente produção científica nacional sobre o tema. A pesquisa em psicoterapia pode apresentar-se como pesquisa de resultado e/ou de processo. A primeira examina o resultado no paciente ao fim do tratamento, e a segunda estuda como as mudanças ocorreram no paciente ao longo do tratamento. É pelo estudo do processo psicoterapêutico que momentos significativos do tratamento podem ser identificados para o desenvolvimento e aperfeiçoamento de técnicas psicoterapêuticas. Para tanto, é preciso utilizar métodos de pesquisa adequados a essa área do conhecimento, além de buscar unificar clínica e pesquisa – posto que ambas são complementares no auxílio da constituição do conhecimento teórico e técnico em psicoterapia(AU)
Resumo em inglês: The article reviews the literature on empirical psychotherapy research, highlighting the psychoanalytic psychotherapy. The development of clinical practice could be favored with evidence-based research. However, there is a gap between clinical practice and research, as evidenced by the incipient national scientific literature on the subject. The psychotherapy research can be presented as results research and/or process research. The first examines the outcome of treatment in the patient at the end of it, while the second type of research studies how changes occurred in the patient during treatment. It is studying the psychotherapeutic process that significant moments of the treatment can be identified and thereby it is possible to develop and improve psychotherapeutic techniques. To achieve such goal, it is necessary to use appropriate research methods to the field, besides seeking to unify clinical and research – since both are complementary in supporting theoretical and technical knowledge in psychotherapy(AU)

Resumo em português: Na atual crise da cultura, quando a irracionalidade se instala no sujeito social, como uma resultante de múltiplas operações cognitivo-emocionais, dir-se-ia que o primitivo avança de dentro para fora sobre a consciência civilizatória. São estudados, neste ensaio, alguns dos fatores que contribuem para o fenômeno denominado por Hanna Arendt de banalidade do mal. Este, que é uma consequência do colapso do pensamento crítico, contribui para uma burocrática e sistematizada desumanização do outro. Escolhe-se como recorte conceitual o exame da simbolização da pulsão no campo do cultural, mais especificamente dos efeitos da não simbolização e seus vazios representacionais decorrentes, pois se entende que estes contribuem para a piora do mal-estar contemporâneo na cultura(AU)
Resumo em inglês: In the current culture crisis, in which irrationality is installed, as a result of multiple cognitive-emotional operations in the social subject, one would say that ‘the primitive’ advances from inside outwards over the civilizational consciousness. Some of the factors mentioned by Hanna Arendt’s banality of evil are studied in this essay. This, a consequence of the collapse of critical thinking, contributes for a bureaucratic and systematized dehumanization of ‘the other’. The analysis of the symbolization in the cultural field is chosen as a framework, more specifically the effects of non-symbolization and its consequent representational voids. We understand that those contribute for the worsening of the malaise in contemporary culture(AU)

Resumo em inglês: This article aims to ponder over the transition process of patients in institutions of psychotherapy and psychoanalytical orientation, since it is an issue not commonly discussed, although it is a usual practice in clinical psychological internships. It is understood that the change of therapists occurs when the internship at the institution is concluded. In this context, there are patients that may present great suffering on switching therapists, which leads us to reflect and to question such treatments, as well as their effectiveness in patients who underwent abandonment in their lives(AU)

Resumo em inglês: Based on a clinical model primarily focused on the production of the psyche constituents inscriptions starting from the mother-infant bond, we intend, through the study of some concepts of the French psychoanalytic school, to think about the subjective constitution and also the babies and small children’s clinic. This study presents a brief review of the related concepts to the subjective constitution and the risks to the baby development after the observation of organic problems. Resumo em inglês: In this article I seek, through a theoretical review of the literature, to discuss and to deepen in a summarized way, Bion’s studies on the psychotic part of the personality, correlating these with theoretical aspects of vignettes from a clinical case drawn from clinical practice. Therefore, it is constructed and presented a theoretical psychosis on the work of Bion and of scholars as Gérard Bléandonu, Grimberg, Bianchedi and David E. Zimerman, related with aspects of clinical practice. The interest in this subject is justified by the growing demand of patients with severe pathologies who look for treatment and also by the need to evaluate all the psychotic nuclei in patients(AU)

Resumo em português: Este artigo tem por objetivo compreender a construção da feminilidade. Para isso, foi realizado um estudo teórico que perpassa pela vivência da menina, do nascimento ao tornar-se mulher, abordando temas como a sexualidade, a relação da menina com sua mãe, o complexo de castração, o complexo de Édipo, a relação com o pai e a identificação da menina com a mãe mulher. Este estudo foi realizado à luz da teoria freudiana e de alguns autores contemporâneos, como Mayer, McDougall, Rejani, André e Alonso. Propiciou entender que, na atualidade, o tornar-se mulher está associado a outras produções da mulher feminina, além da maternidade(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This article aims to understand the construction of femininity. For this, we conducted a study that runs through the experience of girls, from birth to become a woman, addressing issues such as sexuality, the relationship of the girl with her mother, the castration complex, the Oedipus complex, the relationship with her father, and the girl’s identification with the mother woman. This study was made in the Freudian theory and also in some contemporary authors: Mayer, McDougall, Rejani, André and Alonso. It provided the understanding that currently the process of becoming a woman is associated to others productions of the feminine woman, beyond motherhood(AU)

Resumo em português: Este artigo visa elencar as contribuições de Sigmund Freud, Karl Abraham e Otto Fenichel para a compreensão e a discussão de características intrínsecas à fixação libidinal na fase de desenvolvimento psicossexual anal. Para tanto, será proposta a compreensão teórica, à luz da psicanálise, de um caso clínico que apresenta predominância dessas características. Entretanto, por questões de sigilo, serão utilizadas vinhetas desse caso para fins de ilustração. O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar e destacar as principais particularidades da formação de caráter anal, bem como o funcionamento ulterior do indivíduo fixado nesse ponto(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This article aims to list the contributions of Sigmund Freud, Karl Abraham and Otto Fenichel for the understanding and the discussion of intrinsic features to libidinal anal psychosexual development stage. To do so, a theoretical understanding will be proposed, in the light of psychoanalysis, in a case that presents a predominance of these characteristics. However, for reasons of confidentiality, vignettes will be used for the purpose of illustration. The aim of this study is to identify and highlight the main points of interest about the anal character formation, as well as the subsequent operation of the individual fixed at this point(AU)

Resumo em inglês: This paper discusses the differences between the diagnosis of the infantile autism and the one of psychosis in infancy, based on a clinical model primarily focused on the production of the psyche constituent inscriptions from the mother-infant bond. This study presents a brief review of the concepts related to the subjective constitution, risks to the baby development from the finding of organic problems, parental functions and the principles that guide the practice of this clinical specificity(AU)

Resumo em inglês: This paper is the result of a work developed by psychologists from the Service of Relations with the Community of the IEPP (Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa em Psicoterapia), focusing on the prevention of mental health using fairy tales as a tool. It reports the experience of two pilot groups, one composed by children and another one by adolescents, in which the tales were a playful tool to access the internal world of institutionalized children and adolescents(AU)
