Resumo em português: No intuito de pôr a dialogar algumas das contribuições da psicanálise e da teoria queer, abordamos a temática do gênero e da sexualidade a partir da adolescência e do contemporâneo, tendo como norte os trabalhos de Freud, Lacan, Foucault e Butler. Sustentamos centralmente a hipótese de que os adolescentes, hoje, têm colocado sob suspeita a oferta dos semblantes de gênero tradicionais, apontando para a insuficiência dessas narrativas identitárias frente à pulsão. Assim, numa época em que o Outro não esconde sua inconsistência, esses adolescentes têm buscado outros tratamentos para o real do gozo. Suas soluções passam menos pelos arranjos de gênero tradicionais do que pelo que Butler chamaria de encrencas de gênero (gender trouble), na direção de um regime em que a inexistência da relação sexual precipita invenções pela via do singular. Como pode a clínica psicanalítica contribuir frente a esses impasses?(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Here we intend to articulate some of the contributions from psychoanalysis andqueer theory, discussing gender and sexuality through adolescence and contemporaneity. The works of Freud, Lacan, Foucault, and Butler were central to our orientation. We sustain the hypothesis that adolescents, nowadays, have been refusing the traditional offers of gender semblants and performances, pointing to the insufficiency of these identitarian narratives to give an account of the drive. Thus, in a time in which the Other does not hide its inconsistency, adolescents are searching other treatments for the real of jouissance. Their solutions do not intend to subscribe to traditional gender arrangements, creating instead what Butler would call gender trouble, towards a regime in which the inexistence of the sexual relation precipitates inventions through singularity. How can the psychoanalytical cliniccontribute to these deadlocks? (AU)

Resumo em português: Trata-se do relato de um caso de uma paciente psicótica que experimenta grande sofrimento ao deparar-se com a fragmentação da própria figura. A experiência evidencia o trabalho na psicose de constituição de uma imagem para si, algo que possa minimamente instituir um corpo que sustente o sujeito. Destaca-se a maneira como o próprio sujeito indica à analista a direção do tratamento, mostrando as ferramentas capazes de construir o caminho a ser trilhado na constituição de si, passando por diversos personagens e manejando diferentes recursos terapêuticos. Tal trajetória clínica é relatada a partir do acompanhamento realizado no contexto do Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde Mental.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This is a case study of a psychotic patient experimenting great suffering when facesthe fragmentation of her own figure. The experience enlightens the work in the psychosis on constitution one image for himself, something that could minimally institute a body that sustain the subject. Stand´s out the form how the subject himself indicate the direction of the treatment, showing the tools able to construct a path to be followed in the process of his own constitution, passing through several characters and maneuvering different therapeutics resources. Such clinical trajectory is reported on the basis of the Multi-professional Residence Program in Mental Health.(AU)

Resumo em português: Este trabalho tem como objetivo discutir o entrelaçamento possível entre o manejo clínico psicanalítico e as esferas políticas e psicossociais no tratamento de enfermidades psíquicas graves. Através da apresentação de uma experiência clínica de orientação psicanalítica inserida em um equipamento de Saúde Mental, apresenta-se um modo de trabalho sensível ao desenvolvimento individual, técnico e teórico de uma prática profissional subjetiva amparada pela clínica psicanalítica e pelas articulações de manejo referenciado às políticas públicas em Atenção Psicossocial. A partir dessa estratégia de atuação em Saúde Mental, atenta aos vínculos terapêuticos disponíveis em nível multidisciplinar e uma colhimento biopsicossocial do sofrimento psíquico, foi possível discutir horizontes na atenção integral ao usuário dos serviços da Rede de Saúde Mental e Atenção Psicossocial. Resumo em inglês: This work aims to discuss the possible interweaving between psychoanalytic clinical management and the political and psychosocial spheres in the treatment of severe psychic illnesses. Through the presentation of a clinical experience of psychoanalytic orientation inserted in a Mental Health equipment, a work mode is presented sensitive to the individual, technical and theoretical development of a subjective professional practice supported by the psychoanalytic clinic and the articulations of management referenced to the policies In Psychosocial Care. Based on this strategy of action in Mental Health, attentive tothe therapeutic links available at a multidisciplinary level and a biopsychosocial reception of the psychic suffering, it was possible to discuss horizons in the integral attention to the user of the services of the Mental Health and Psychosocial Attention Network.(AU)

Resumo em português: A partir de 1960 inicia-se, em âmbito mundial, a Reforma Psiquiátrica, alcançando o Brasil em 1978. O CAPS – Centro de Atenção Psicossocial – surge com uma perspectiva de realizar atividades voltadas para dar suporte ao psicótico e suas famílias, sendo composto por equipes multidisciplinares.O cotidiano dos CAPS é marcado pela falta de infraestrutura, por uma demanda enorme e pela enorme dificuldade de conduzir os casos. Com isso, desenvolveu-se, um projeto de extensão intitulado“Reforma psiquiátrica e Saúde Mental: um estudo sobre a situação atual do CAPS em um município da Zona da Mata mineira”, tendo como objetivo avaliar a eficácia do atual modelo de assistência em Saúde Mental em um município do interior do Estado de Minas Gerais.O que pudemos observar em nossa pesquisa foi falta de infraestrutura. Além disso, há carência de profissionais, pois o CAPS atende não só o município, mas também toda a microrregião, e, em consequência disso, os profissionais atuantes enfrentam obstáculos.Com as mudanças ocorridas nos últimos anos pela Reforma Psiquiátrica, percebemos a dificuldade de trabalho para os prestadores de serviços nos CAPS. Esses impasses clínicos e institucionais geram confusões na metodologia de trabalho e na prática profissional e afeta as diretrizes de tratamento.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: : From 1960 begins world wide the psychiatric reform, reaching Brazil in 1978. The CAPS -Psychosocial Care Center - comes with a prospect of performing activities aimed to support psychosis and their families being composed of multidisciplinary teams.The daily life of CAPS is marked by lack of infrastructure, a huge demand and the enormous difficulty of conducting cases. With this developed an extension project titled "Psychiatric and Mental Health Reform: a study on the current status of CAPS in a county of Zona da Mata Mineira", aiming to evaluate the effectiveness of the current model of care in Mental Health in a municipality in the state of Minas Gerais.What we observed in our study was the lack of infrastructure. More over, there is lack of professionals since the CAPS serves not only the city but also the whole micro region and as a result the professionals working face obstacles. With the changes in recent years by the Psychiatric Reform, we realized the difficulty of work for service providers in CAPS. These clinical and institutional impasses cause confusion in the working methodology and professional practice and affects treatment guidelines.(AU)

Resumo em português: O artigo em questão apresenta algumas considerações sobre a demissão do Outro na esquizofrenia. Ele é o resultado de uma pesquisa mais ampla cujo objetivo era a busca de balizas teóricas para a elucidação de um caso clínico. A pesquisa realizada inovou ao colocara entidade clínica entre parênteses, fazendo o sujeito emergir. Tal foi o efeito por ter-se optado por não se prender a uma leitura patológica e ordenadora do caso. O artigo também levanta hipóteses sobre o fato de não haver muitas referências psicanalíticas que abordam o tratamento de sujeitos esquizofrênicos fora das instituições. Ao final do artigo lançou-se uma nova questão: o que pode fazer o psicanalista diante da ironia do esquizofrênico?(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This article aims to present some considerations about the dismissal of the Other inpatients with schizophrenia. It is the result of a larger research which intented to search some theoretical boundaries to elucidate a clinical case. The research used a different approach andput some light at the subject instead of putting light at the disease. The article also discusses about the fact that there are not many theoretical references about treatments of patients with schizophrenia when they are outside the specialized institutions. At the end of the article a new question emerged: what can a psychanalyst do about the schizophrenic’s irony?(AU)

Resumo em português: O presente artigo tem por objetivo apresentar reflexões acerca do internato de saúde mental no curso de Medicina, a partir da experiência de uma acadêmica da PUC-MINAS,estagiando em um dos serviços substitutivos da rede de atenção aos usuários de álcool e outras drogas de Belo Horizonte. Será apresentada a metodologia de ensino da universidade,baseada na chamada Metodologia da Problematização. Em sintonia com essa metodologia, é apresentada a Construção do Caso Clinico, método aplicado à saúde mental, em que a história do paciente se faz caso a partir de uma escuta que admite a existência de um sujeito que enuncia os sintomas. As vivências advindas dessa experiência, propiciadas pelo estreitamento dos laços entre a universidade e o campo prático, fizeram emergir os impasses e os desafios presentes na realidade dos serviços substitutivos norteados pelos preceitos da Reforma Psiquiátrica.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: The purpose of this article is to present thoughts upon the mental health internshipin Medicine class, from experience of a PUC-MINAS’ student, working as intern at one of the substitutive services of the attention on alcohol and other drugs users in Belo Horizonte. The university methodology of learning will be presented, based on Methodology of Problematization. In tune with this methodology, is presented the Clinical Case Construction, method applied to mental health, which the patient’s history builds a case from listening, which admits the existence of a subject that shows the symptoms. The knowledge coming from this experience, offered by closer ties between the university and the practical field, have given rise to the impasses and challenges present in the reality of the substitutive services guided by the precepts of the Psychiatric Reform.(AU)

Resumo em português: O presente estudo trata da construção de um caso clínico desenvolvido no âmbito do Serviço de Psicologia da Universidade Federal de Campina Grande – UFCG durante o componente curricular o Estágio Supervisionado II. A vinheta clínica aqui escrita problematiza e discute a estrutura clínica da neurose obsessiva em uma mulher, colocando em questão o debate acerca da neurose obsessiva e a feminilidade. Na atualidade, o número de mulheres obsessivas tem se apresentado com maior frequência na clínica psicanalítica, no entanto, a bibliografia sobre a relação entre feminilidade e neurose obsessiva ainda é escassa e não contempla os inúmeros questionamentos atuais acerca do tema, como por exemplo, o aparente aumento na contemporaneidade de mulheres com hipótese diagnóstica de neurose obsessiva em relação ao século passado, levando em consideração as novas formas de subjetivação e as mudanças culturais no decorrer dos tempos. Nesse sentido, a tessitura desse caso se constitui em torno do questionamento sobre a própria estrutura clínica que nos apresenta o caso e não como uma afirmação deliberada sobre o sujeito aqui em questão.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This present study deals with the construction of a clinical case developed in the Psychology of the Universidade Federal de Campina Grande Service - UFCG during Stage Supervised II. The case written here discusses the clinical structure of obsessive neurosis in a woman, putting inquestion about the obsessive neurosis and femininity. Currently, the number of obsessive women has increased in psychoanalytic practice, however, the literature on the relationship between femininity and obsessive neurosis is still scarce and does not address the many current questions on the subject, such as the apparent increase in women's contemporary with diagnosis of obsessive neurosis in the past century, taking into account the new forms of subjectivity and cultural changes over time. In this sense, the construction of this case is constituted around the question about the clinic structure that presents the case and not as a deliberate statement about the subject in question here.(AU)

Com as mudanças políticas e clínicas que ocorreram após a Reforma Psiquiátrica, o tratamento do autista passou a ser visto de outra maneira. A partir daí, consideramos a psicanálise como sendo uma das possibilidades possíveis para o tratamento dos autismos.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Currently one of the challenges of the Psychiatric Reform is to effect a real articulation between mental health and primary care, but what we have seen in this context is the unpreparedness professionals and the lack investment in this area. With policies and clinical changes that occurred after the Psychiatric Reform, treatment of autism was seen otherwise. From there, we consider psychoanalysis as the possibilities for the autisms treatment.(AU)

Resumo em português: Na obra “O poder psiquiátrico” Michel Foucault, um dos maiores expoentes pensadores do século XX sobre os processos de medicalização na sociedade moderna,concebeu a psicanálise como uma “sobremedicalização”. Procuramos demonstrar a partir de uma leitura apurada dos processos de medicalização desde o surgimento da Anatomia Patológica, bem como da Psiquiatria, que a psicanálise nasceu como uma ruptura na estruturado discurso médico vigente no século XIX, constituindo uma das mais importantes condições de possibilidade da desmedicalização na atualidade. A presente exposição visa demonstrar isso mediante a análise sobre a posição de autoridade do discurso médico e da contestação histérica sobre tal posição de autoridade, bem como a concepção freudiana da psicose,apontando o surgimento da escuta psicanalítica como condição para a desmedicalização. Comisso, retomamos o fio condutor freudiano que valoriza a subjetividade no cerne da atenção em saúde mental na atualidade.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: In the work "The psychiatric power" Michel Foucault, one of the most important thinkers of the XX century about the medicalization process in modern society, conceived psychoanalysis as a "supramedicalization". We look for to demonstrate from an accurate reading of the medicalization process since the emergence of Pathological Anatomy, as wellas Psychiatry, that the psychoanalysis was born as a break in the structure of the currentmedical discourse in the XIX century, constituting one of the most important conditions of today demedicalization possibility. The present work aims to demonstrate this by the analysis about the authority position of the medical discourse of and the hysterical contestation of such authority position, as well as the Freudian conception of psychosis, pointing to the emergence of psychoanalytic listening as a condition for demedicalization. Thus, we retake the Freudian conducting wire that values subjectivity at the heart of attention in mental health today.(AU)

It was found, along the data analysis and results, that the practice of Therapeutic Monitoring has benefited families and individuals in psychological distress, therefore, which is a valuable study and should be expanded to include other sections of the population.(AU)

Resumo em inglês: This article reflects on the reality of the health service's user in the current Brazilian context from the Anti-Asylum struggle paths. It uses a critical analysis of the ways and deviations of Public Mental Health Policies. The progress and achievements of mental health are remarkable. However, there are still challenges to deinstitutionalization of logic if we take into account the importance of dialogue of mental health network in the attention and care to the subject with mental distress provided in this policy. One can infer that it is from the relationship shared between subjects that there will be the construction of new subjectivities and circulation spaces to madness.(AU)

Resumo em português: A reforma psiquiátrica desde a década de 70 luta pelos direitos das pessoas em sofrimento psíquico. A partir da lei 10.216/2001 deu-se início ao movimento de retirada dos indivíduos das instituições a longo tempo internados para ocupar novamente o território da cidade. O presente artigo propõe um recorte da análise histórica, mostrando como a pessoa em sofrimento psíquico era tratada desde os primórdios até os dias atuais, com ênfase no processo de desinstitucionalização. Objetivando a investigação de como se desenvolveu o processo de inserção das leis da reforma psiquiátrica e suas consequências, instituindo uma análise do cenário brasileiro atual que a saúde mental tem vivenciado. A desinstitucionalização no Brasil teve influência do modelo italiano de Basaglia, buscando não apenas a reforma do modelo assistencial, como também uma reforma subjetiva e cultural da visão da loucura e de como as pessoas em sofrimento psíquico grave são tratadas pela sociedade.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Psychiatric reform since the 70's fight for the rights of people in psychological distress. As a result of Law 10,216 / 2001 was initiated the pullout movement of individuals who were hospitalized for a long time to re-occupy the territory of cities. This article proposes a cut of historical analysis, showing how it was treated the person in psychic suffering from the beginnings to the present day, with emphasis on deinstitutionalization process. Aiming the investigation of how it develops the process of inserting the laws of psychiatric reform and its consequences, instituting an analysis of the current Brazilian context that mental health has experienced. The deinstitutionalization in Brazil was influenced by the Italian model of Basaglia, seeking not only to reform the health care model, as well as a subjective and cultural reform vision of madness and how people in severe psychological distress are treated by society.(AU)

Resumo em português: Esse trabalho tem como objetivo compreender as representações sociais dos profissionais do CAPS I Ana Nery na cidade de Cachoeira/BA, sobre os modos de construção da inserção social no cotidiano de sujeitos em sofrimento psíquico da referida cidade. As categorias analíticas norteadoras do estudo recaem sobre os conceitos de Inserção Social e de Desinstitucionalização. A abordagem qualitativa foi o método mais adequado para a compreensão do objeto desta pesquisa, através do uso de observação e entrevistas semiestruturadas. Para analise dos dados lançou-se mão do método da Análise do Discurso(AD) de Michel Pêcheux. O resultado da pesquisa revela os desafios, avanços e complexidades que se apresentam no investimento cotidiano nas ações de inserção social para usuários de CAPS e as agonias e lutas que uma equipe CAPS enfrenta cotidianamente para sustentar as ideias antimanicomiais em suas práticas nesse dispositivo de desinstitucionalização.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This work aims to understand the social representations of the professionals of CAPS I Ana Nery in the city of Cachoeira / BA, on the construction of social insertion in the daily life of subjects in psychic suffering of said city. The analytical categories of the study fall on the concepts of Social Insertion and De institutionalization. The qualitative approach was the most appropriate method for understanding the object of this research, through the use of observation and semi-structured interviews. To analyze the data, Michel Pêcheux's Discourse Analysis (AD) method was used. The result of the research reveals the challenges, advances and complexities that present themselves in the daily investment in the actions of social insertion for CAPS users and the agonies and struggles that a CAPS team faces daily to support the antimanicomial ideas in their practices in this deinstitutionalization device.(AU)

En effet la psychose est structure pour Lacan, conséquence de la forclusion du Nom-du-Père dont les effets peuvent se repérer dans un temps d’avant le déclenchement. Dans un récent article, J.-A. Miller précise : « la psychose ordinaire n’a pas de définition rigide » ; il la définit ainsi : peut-être que « la psychose ordinaire est une psychose qui n’est pas manifeste jusqu’à son déclenchement »2. Assim, alguns sujeitos recorrem a outros objetos - por exemplo, os filhos –para que estes tornem a relação possível, os descartando caso não sejam capazes de desempenhar tal função. Propone que más allá de la máxima “derechos humanos para todos” es preciso considerar el excedente de un sujeto del inconsciente y su presentación por el síntoma como arreglo en cada caso singular. It proposes that beyond the maxim "human rights for all" should be considered over a subject of the unconscious and its presentation by the symptom as in each singular case basis. Resumo em inglês: This article aims to report the training experience held in Freud Institute Citizen,based care model in clinical day. It was a stage in which was held a film workshop where participants of this institution were invited to watch a short film and then hold a group discussion on the topic presented. The workshop lasted three months with constant involvement of participants Freud Citizen in that sense; the workshops were built from the demand there of. To construct this work professional supervision was required of psychology and the search for a theoretical framework, especially on the psychiatric reform and new institutional frame works. Thus, it was an enriching experience and therefore deserves to be shared.(AU)

Diante dessa contradição, pergunta-se como seria possível trabalhar com operadores da clínica estrutural sem cair na rigidez do binarismo entre neurose e psicose e sem desconsiderar a singularidade de cada caso. A partir da construção de um caso clínico,se aposta na utilização de um critério lógico para diferenciar qualitativamente as soluções da neurose e da psicose: a identificação da presença ou não da função fálica na organização da solução sintomática de um sujeito.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This article starts from the fact that the diagnosis is a problem for the psychoanalyst, since it is, in essence, contrary to the analysis: if psychoanalysis is concerned with singularity, the diagnostic practice involves inserting a subject in an universal category. Given this contradiction, we wonder how it would be possible to work with structural clinic operators without falling into the rigidity of the binarism between neurosis and psychosis and without disregarding the uniqueness of each case. Starting from the construction of a clinical case, we use a logical criterion to qualitatively differentiate the solutions of neurosis and psychosis: the identification of the presence or absence of the phallic function in the organization of a subject’s symptomatic solution.(AU)

Resumo em português: Esse texto propôe-se a elucidar a noção freudiana de desligamento (Abwendung), a partir da teoria da libido. O objetivo deste artigo é averiguar qual o estatuto do desligamento em Freud e como podemos nos servir desse operador de leitura na clínica das psicoses não desencadeadas. Para tanto, recorremos ao caso Schreber e Homem dos Lobos para demonstraras dificuldades referentes à questão diagnóstica em Freud e as contribuições de Lacan e Miller para elucidar alguns desses impasses. Considerando que a psicanálise prescinde da generalização do sintoma, procuramos, a partir do conceito de desligamento, estabelecer algumas diretivas clínicas que possam nos orientar quanto ao possível tratamento de psicoses não desencadeadas, as quais se apresentam, inicialmente, de modo refratário ao laço estabelecido – e que, por isso mesmo, quase sempre se mostram impermeáveis a qualquer intervenção analítica que possa fazer vacilar a posição desses sujeitos diante do Outro.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This text aims to elucidate the Freudian notion of turning away (Abwendung),according to the libido theory. The purpose of this article is to investigate the status of the notion of turning away in Freud’s theory and to verify if it is possible to make use of thisnotion to understand the clinic of un-triggered psychosis. We will study the cases of Schreber and the “Wolf Man” in order to demonstrate the difficulties related to diagnostic questions in Freud, as well as Lacan's and Miller’s contributions to elucidate some of these diagnostic issues. Considering that psychoanalysis works without generalizing symptoms, we will start from the concept of turning away in order to establish some clinic guide lines which could help us in a possible treatment of un-triggered psychosis – which are generally refractory to social bond and, therefore, are almost always impervious to any analytic intervention that could make waver these subjects’ position against the Other.(AU)

Entendemos que esta concepção não pode se restringir a equipes de trabalho com pacientes de longa internação, no sentido da desospitalização, mas deve implicar todas as intermediações da lógica de rede de Saúde Mental bem como o trabalho na construção da autonomia e exercício de cidadania dos usuários. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho visa discutir sobre o próprio conceito de Desinstitucionalização. Como disparador dessa discussão discorreremos sobre as práticas de exercício laboral e geração de renda nos CAPS, bem como os denominados “grupos de passeio” na rede de Saúde Mental. Indagamos até que ponto estas práticas produzem consequências reais no âmbito da retomada do poder de cidadania. Até que ponto elas podem funcionar como docilização e entretenimento, ou mesmo adiamento de novas internações? Vale ressaltar que, caso as práticas em Saúde Mental não se atentem para o fundamento de sua proposta, podem cair em meros paliativos que apenas adiem um novo processo de institucionalização.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: The Deinstitutionalization is one of the key areas of action of the Psychiatric Reform. We understand that this concept can not be restricted to work teams with long admission patients, in the sense of desospitalization, but must involve all intermediations of Mental Health network logic as well as the work on the construction of autonomy andexercise of users citizenship. In this sense, this work aims to discuss the very concept of Deinstitutionalization. To rise this discussion we will discuss the work practices and income generation in CAPS, as well as so-called "tour groups" on mental health network. Weindagate to what extent these practices produce real consequences in the ambit of the retake of citizenship power. To what extent they can function as docilization and entertainment, or even postponement of new admissions? It is worth mentioning that if the practices in Mental Health does not value to the fundament of its proposal, they may fall into mere palliatives that only postpone a new process of institutionalization.(AU)

Resumo em português: Trata-se de um estudo de caso com abordagem qualitativa, respaldado na Teoria das Representações Sociais. Teve por objetivo compreender e analisar o caminho percorrido por uma mulher idosa com alcoolismo crônico, acompanhada em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial de Álcool e outras Drogas, a partir do modelo de atenção integral à saúde para tratamento de problemas decorrentes do uso de álcool e outras drogas, vislumbrando a busca de novas perspectivas de cuidado. O caso levantou questionamentos acerca das limitações existentes na rede de atenção ao cuidado da dependência química entre mulheres, na Secretaria Municipal de Saúde do Recife. Acolheu igualmente a necessidade em avançar na reabilitação e na reinserção social em prol da obtenção de resultados significativos na melhoria da qualidade de vida da idosa, relacionando-os à proposta de promoção da saúde.Para tanto, fez-se necessário relatar a história do tratamento e reabilitação de vida da idosa com seus momentos de investimento, dificuldades e superações. Realizou-se ao final, a preconização de um modelo de atenção integral à saúde de usuários de drogas, que precisa ser compreendida a partir de sua expressão na prática cotidiana do serviço.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This is a case study with a qualitative approach, supported the theory of social representations, which aimed to understand and analyze the path of an elderly woman with chronic alcoholism accompanied in a Psychosocial Care Center for Alcohol and Other Drugs, from the comprehensive care model for treatment to health problems caused by alcohol andother drugs glimpsing the search for new perspectives to care. The case raised questions about the limitations of the network existidas attention to the care of addiction among women of the Municipal Health Recife. Also accepted the need for advances in rehabilitation and social reintegration for the sake of obtaining significant results in improving the quality of life of the elderly, relating them to the proposed health promotion. Therefore, it was necessary to tell the story of the treatment and rehabilitation of elderly living with their time investment, difficulties and over runs. We finished that apreconização a model of comprehensive health care for drug users need to be understood from its expression in the daily practice of theservice.(AU)

Resumo em português: A Lei 10.216/2001 assegura a proteção e direitos das pessoas portadoras de transtornos mentais, com um novo olhar sobre o sofrimento psíquico no que diz respeito a subjetivação do sujeito, resgate da cidadania e inclusão social. No entanto, a normatização desta Lei contrasta com o apontamento de algumas conquistas relevantes do Movimento pela Reforma Psiquiátrica, que apontam para esse risco de “manicomialização” dos novos equipamentos. Objetivo: Analisar um processo de Pesquisa-Intervenção realizado junto a um grupo de sujeitos do CAPS II, pessoas com sofrimento mental, de um município do interior de Rondônia; Método: A partir de uma pesquisa-intervenção em psicologia foi realizada com 17(dezessete) usuários e 02 (dois) funcionários do CAPS II da cidade de Cacoal/RO, sob estudo teórico-bibliográfico e oficinas de trabalhos artesanais. Resultado e Discussão: verificou-se a possibilidade de ações interventivas através de oficinas com artesanato, como base de socialização, reinserção social através do trabalho, além de uma maior adesão ao tratamento e qualidade de vida; Conclusão: As oficinas junto a sujeitos-usuários do CAPS devem ser praticadas e aperfeiçoadas, de modo a colaborar para adesão ao tratamento e a produção de laço social, além de ser a pesquisa-intervenção uma metodologia a ser adotada no ensino de Psicologia.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: The Law 10.216/2001 ensures the protection and rights of people with mental disorders, with a new look at psychological suffering regarding the subjectivity of the subject, promoting citizenship and social inclusion. However, the standardization of this Act contrasts with the appointment of some relevant achievements of the Movement for Psychiatric Reform, pointing to the risk of "manicomialização" of new equipment. Objective: To analyzea process-Intervention Research carried out among a group of subjects CAPS II, people with mental suffering, a city in the interior of Rondônia; Method: From a research-intervention washeld with seventeen (17) members and two (02) employees of the city of CAPS II Cacoal /RO under theoretical and bibliographical study and crafts workshops. Results and Discussion: there was the possibility of intervening actions through workshops with crafts as a basis of socialization, social integration through work, and greater adherence to treatment and quality of life; Conclusion: The workshops with subjects-users CAPS should be practiced and perfected ways of collaborating to ad herence to treatment and the production of social bond, besides being the intervention research methodology to be adopted in the teaching of Psychology.(AU)

Após este trajeto, fazemos uma busca pela definição deste mecanismo na primeira clínica lacaniana, até sua forma final, a foraclusão do Nome-do-Pai. Buscamos com isto compreender como a definição de um conceito produz mudanças na clínica, fato próprio do método psicanalítico.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This study intends to approach the historical trajctory of the specific mechanism of defense of psychosis within the Lacanian psychoanalytic orientation, namely the Verwerfung, translated by Lacan as foreclosure. To this end, makes a reading of main Freudian texts in which the german term is and how was the search for Freud's definition of this mechanism in all his work. After this path, it is a search for the definition of this mechanism in the first Lacanian clinic until its final form, the foreclosure of the Name-of-the-Father. We seek to understand how the definition of a concept produces changes in the clinic, fact of the psychoanalytic method itself.(AU)

Resumo em português: A tentativa de normatização, como parâmetro para tratar o sofrimento na atualidade,não perpassa somente os dispositivos de saúde, mas também o campo jurídico que interpõe a aplicação da lei como um remédio para as patologias sociais. No campo da psicologia e da medicina psiquiátrica a cura provém de uma saúde mental para todos, enquanto que, na vertente jurídica, a ideia se baseia no controle social como processo de apaziguamento do sofrimento. Podemos pensar o formato prisional do panóptico como fundamento da invenção desse dispositivo. Assim, o olhar, um dos objetos pulsionais proposto por Lacan, tem incorporado as formas de vigilância e tratamento de nossa sociedade. Para ilustrar esses aspectos partimos de um dispositivo inventado pelo direito em conjunto com a psicologia. Nesse dispositivo jurídico, a criança “vítima” é colocada na posição de objeto da violência e o sujeito é impedido de tomar a palavra.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: The current attempt to establish a standard as a parameter to treat suffering permeates not only the health processes, but also the legal field, which interposes law enforcement as a remedy for social pathologies. In the field of psychology and psychiatric medicine, the cure would come from mental health for all, while in the legal field the idea of healing is based on social control, which would promote the reduction of suffering. We think the format of the panopticon prison as basis of the invention of this mechanism. Thus, the look, one of the drive objects proposed by Lacan, has incorporated forms of surveillance and treatment of our society. To illustrate these issues we start from a device invented at the interface between law and psychology. In this legal device, the "victim" child is placed as the object of violence and the subject is prevented From speaking for himself.(AU)

Resumo em português: Em 1922/1923 Freud anunciou a possibilidade de haver um tempo em que psicanálise poderia ser aplicada a grandes parcelas da população pelo Estado, o que traria modificações na prática. Então, a Psicanálise lacaniana pontuou a logica institucional por meio da prática entre vários, expressão designada por Jacques Alain-Miller em 1992. Diante desta nova possibilidade, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo articular a experiência da prática entre vários realizada em uma instituição que atende mulheres em situação de violência doméstica. O artigo pretende trazer a marca da tensão entre psicanálise e instituição,onde a intervenção da psicanálise no campo coletivo marca a dimensão singular de cada caso.Isto implica no favorecimento de sua construção e na atuação da equipe na lógica da prática feita por muitos. Para ilustrar essas reflexões, um caso é apresentado como norteador deste trabalho.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: In 1922/1923 Freud announced the possibility of having a time when psychoanalysis could be applied to large portions of the population by the State, which would bring changes in practice. Therefore, Lacanian Psychoanalysis has punctuated institutional logic through the practical between several, an expression nominated by Jacques Alain-Millerin 1992. Before this new possibility, this paper aims to articulate the experience of the practical between several held in an institution which attends women in domestic violencesituations. The article intends to bring the tension spot between psychoanalysis and institution, where the psychoanalysis‟ intervention in the collective field marks each case's singular dimension. This implies in favor of its construction and performance of the team in the logic of the practical between several. To instance these considerations, a case is presented.(AU)

Resumo em português: Este trabalho objetivou articular subsídios teórico-técnicos sobre a angústia de morte vivida por pacientes com o diagnóstico de HIV em situação de internação hospitalar.Para tanto, é feita inicialmente uma apresentação teórica geral sobre a doença tratando de suas características biológicas, bem como sobre alguns dos desdobramentos sociais e psicológicos envolvidos. Em seguida, faz-se uma reflexão teórica sobre a construção do caso clínico no hospital a partir do conceito de angústia de morte, de modo associado ao processo de diagnóstico da infecção pelo vírus. Posteriormente, é enfatizada a interface da teoria com a experiência clínica a partir da metodologia de construção de caso clínico, desenvolvida no serviço de psicologia, com o relato do acompanhamento psicológico de um paciente em um hospital de urgência e emergência da rede pública de Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This study intent to articulate theoretical and technical subsidies about death anguish experienced by patients with a HIV diagnosis in situation of hospitalization. For that,it is initially made a general presentation about the disease considering their biological characteristics as well as social and psychological ramifications. Then, there is a theoretical reflection on the construction of the clinical case in hospital from the concept of death anguishas sociated with the diagnostic process of virus infection. Later, it is emphasized the interface between theory and clinical experience through the methodology of clinical case construction,developed in psychology service, with the account of the psychological treatment of a patientin public urgency and emergency hospital of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.(AU)

Resumo em português: O presente artigo tem por objetivo explorar o tema da angústia, afeto que se desta capela importância na constituição da subjetividade humana e que se manifesta através de sofrimento e mal-estar. Para tanto, parte-se de dois autores. Kierkegaard aborda o tema da angústia como sendo a realidade da liberdade enquanto possibilidade, em que o sujeito encontra-se afastado de uma dimensão transcendental. Freud, por sua vez, trilha um longo caminho até chegar ao conceito final de angústia, partindo de seus estudos pré-psicanalíticos,em que suas investigações tinham forte aparato biológico, até a segunda tópica, na qual a angústia é destacada como ameaça interna da perda de proteção proveniente do supereu.Explora-se as divergências e convergências existentes entre as teorias de Kierkegaard e Freud que, sob óticas diferentes, proporcionam um trabalho enriquecedor sobre o sentimento de angústia – suas origens, causas, funções – e, sobretudo, pretende-se refletir acerca da aplicabilidade desses estudos na pós-modernidade.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: The present article aims to explore the theme of anxiety, affection which is highlighted by its importance in the constitution of human subjectivity, and that manifests itself through pain and suffering. Two authors must be considered. Kierkegaard discusses the theme of anxiety as being the reality of freedom as a possibility, in which the subject is apart from a transcendental dimension. Freud, on the other hand, tracks a long way to get to thefinal concept of anxiety, from its prepsychoanalytic studies, in which his investigations had strong biological apparatus, until the second topic in which anxiety is highlighted as the internal threat of loss of protection from the superego. The article explores the differences and similarities between the theories of Freud and Kierkegaard that, under different optic, provide enriching work on feelings of anxiety - its origins, causes, functions - and, above all, intend toreflect about the applicability of these studies in post-modernity.(AU)

Resumo em português: Na história da psiquiatria verificamos que essa disciplina médica não pôde aplicar às doenças mentais o modelo das Ciências Naturais utilizado com sucesso no entendimento do mecanismo de varias outras patologias. Assim é impelida a verificar outros campos epistemológicos que permitissem enquadrar o seu problema gerando novas teorias. Para essatarefa foi importante a teorização do filósofo Dilthey que já havia, à época, proposto uma subdivisão das ciências em ciências naturais e do espírito. Jaspers, fenomenólogo, autor do livro Psicopatologia Geral inicialmente editado em 1913, aproveita-se desta formulação,adotando uma epistemologia de inspiração na Ciência do Espírito de Dilthey para acessar os fenômenos psicológicos. Em contrapartida conserva o método cientifico causal para explicar os ditos fenômenos somáticos, como, por exemplos alucinações. Em função desta formulação a psicopatologia jasperiana teria uma base dual que Alonso-Fernandez (1976, p. 192) afirma ser uma versão do problema corpo-alma. O objetivo do presente artigo é demonstrar as consequências de uma tal abordagem dos transtornos psíquicos graves, e como o estruturalismo adotado por Lacan logrou dissolver os problemas levantados pela teorização jasperiana.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This article discusses the experience of David Rosenhan, published in the magazine Science in 1973. It showed that the psychiatric diagnoses have little reliability and speak more about the environment in which the patients were diagnosed rather than themselves. Taking this into account, the author exposes a series of measures taken by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) to reaffirm the affiliation of psychiatry to scientific medicine with the elaboration of principles taken from the teachings of Kraepelin in order to reorganize the psychiatric practice and the reformulation of the criteria of diagnoses of DSM-II, based on protocols of field work. In spite of these internal reorganization of the classification and the proposals to increase the reliability of the psychiatric diagnoses, important issues from the scientific view point, such as the validity, were not resolved. Resumo em espanhol: Este artículo tiene por objetivo describir y analizar las formaciones contemporáneas del superyó a la luz del caso de la Psicología Positiva. En primer lugar, el artículo sostiene la hipótesis de que esta sub-disciplina sería un discurso y una tecnología que operaría bajo lalógica de la gubernamentalidad neoliberal. Esto implica pensar que ella produce formas discursivas de legitimación y tecnologías prácticas para que los individuos participen activamente en sus procesos de construirse como sujetos neoliberales. Siguiendo a Foucault ya Lacan, el artículo sostiene que una de las características centrales del superyó contemporáneo es hacer que sus mandatos pasen inadvertidos para los individuos, ya que enlugar de actuar por medio de la coacción, operaría por medio de la seducción y del imperativo al goce. En este contexto el análisis de la Psicología Positiva permite restituirle el componente propiamente superyóico al mandato contemporáneo a la felicidad, el cual se declina de dos maneras: el imperativo a la felicidad a través del potenciamiento ilimitado; el mandato a la capitalización del sufrimiento por medio de la resiliencia.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This paper aims to describe and analyze contemporary superego formations in the light of the case of Positive Psychology. In the first place, the article analyses this subdiscipline as a new technology that would operate under the logic of neoliberal governmentality. This means that Positive Psychology would produce discursive formations of legitimation, and practical technologies that enable individuals to actively participate in their processes of becoming neoliberal subjects. Following Foucault and Lacan, the article argues that one of the central characteristic of contemporary superego's mandates is that they act upon individuals without being noticed by them. The reason for this would be that contemporary superego doesn‟t operate any more through coactions, but through seductionand the imperative of enjoyment. In this context the analysis of Positive Psychology allows usto restore the superegoic component of contemporary mandate to happiness, which is declinedin two ways: the imperative of pursuing happiness through unlimited enhancement, and the mandate of capitalizing suffering through resilience.(AU)

Resumo em português: Tomando emprestada a noção de elemento proposicional de Frege, a psicanálise diz que diante a fora clusão do Nome-do-Pai, o sujeito pode se estabilizar a partir de um significante constante que escreve sua relação com o gozo. Morel (1999)identifica o recurso a esse mecanismo no delírio de Schreber ao apontar que o presidente se inscreveu em uma função de gozo com duas variáveis: ser o (x) que falta ao gozo do Outro, (y). Assim, a ideia invariante, ou o elemento invariável, é a de que falta algo ao gozo do Outro, e é neste lugar que Schreber se coloca, através da variável x. Na clínica das psicoses é importante que o analista se ocupe em identificar qual é o elemento invariante na história do sujeito. A partir do qual é possível localizar qual o motivo do desencadeamento e o que promove sua estabilização. Foram tendo essa importância no horizonte que se realizaram os atendimentos feitos a uma paciente marcada pela estrutura psicótica, que encontra um ponto de estabilidade na medida em que constrói uma metáfora pela via do amor.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Borrowing the notion of propositional element Frege, psychoanalysis says that before the foreclosure of the Name of the Father, the subject may stabilize from a significant constant writing his relationship with the enjoyment. Morel (1999) identifies the use of this mechanism in Schreber's delusion by pointing out that the president signed into a function of two variables with joy: be (x) is lacking in the jouissance of theOther, (y). Thus, the invariant idea, or invariable element is that missing something to the enjoyment of the Other, and it is in this place that Schreber arises through the variable x. In the clinical treatment of psychosis is important that the analyst engages in identifying what is the invariant element in the history of the subject. From which youcan find out the reason of triggering and promoting its stabilization. It was with this importance is performed on the horizon that the calls made to a patient characterized by psychotic structure which meets a point of stability in that constructs a metaphor by means of love.(AU)

Resumo em português: Em decorrência de diversos fatores, o complexo sistema de segregação da loucura, ainda encontra fronteiras fortemente estabelecidas, difíceis de transpor. Torna-se então necessário abordar os elementos que sustentam a lógica asilar, bem como os instrumentos passíveis de aplicabilidade nesse campo, para que a promoção da desinstitucionalização e o processo de reabilitação psicossocial evoluam em consonância com a nossa realidade atual. Tais processos podem ser fomentados através de estratégias inclusivas, dentre elas a capacitação de profissionais, a implementação de espaços físicos que dêem suporte à demanda substitutiva, bem como através de discussões éticas, sem desconsiderar também a importância das contribuições da psicanálise nesse campo. A partir da psicanálise, propõe- se interrogar sobre o lugar do sujeito nas atuais políticas de saúde e de cidadania, refletindo sobre as possibilidades dessas contribuições para a atenção à Saúde Mental.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Due to various factors, the complex system of segregation of madness, stillfinds boundaries strongly established, difficult to over come. It then becomes necessary to address the elements that sustain the asylum logic, as well as the instruments for applicability in this field, so that the promotion of deinstitutionalization and psychosocial rehabilitation evolve in line with our current reality. Such processes can be fostered through inclusive strategies, among them professional training, the implementation of physical spaces that support the replacement demand, as well asthrough ethical discussions, without disregarding the importance of the contributions of psychoanalysis in this field. From psychoanalysis, It is proposed to wonder about the place of the subject in the current health policies and citizenship, reflecting on the possibilities of these contributions to Mental Health Care.(AU)

Resumo em português: O processo de desinstitucionalização pressupõe uma psiquiatria sustentada em dispositivos diversificados e integrada na comunidade. Tendo por base documentos oficiais e a literatura recente sobre este tema, o objetivo deste estudo foi discutir o processo de cronificação psiquiátrica e os serviços de saúde. O alto índice de reinternações indica que as intervenções realizadas pelos serviços de base comunitária estão sendo paliativas, de baixa resolutividade e apenas suprem a demanda. As reinternações psiquiátricas levam à quebra de vínculos afetivos e sociais, dificultando a integração dos portadores de transtorno mental. Conclui-se que os serviços precisam de melhor estruturação e as equipes de preparo para exercer suas práticas com vistas à inserção social do portador de transtorno mental.(AU)
Resumo em inglês: The deinstitutionalization process requires that psychiatric care be based on diverse and integrated devices in the community. Based on health officials norms or guidelines and on recent publications in the field, the aim of this study was discuss health services and the psychiatric chronification process. The large number of rehospitalizations shows that hospitalizations are palliative, have low problem-solving capacity and only help to meet the demand. Psychiatric rehospitalizations lead to the rupture of affective and social bonds, causing disruption in the course of life of mental disorder patients. Conclusion: health services require appropriate structure and health teams should be prepare to perform their practices aiming to socially include mental disorder patients.(AU)
